The majority of Gambian families struggle for food throughout the year and there is a constant struggle in trying to feed their children.
This Food Pack provides the basic necessities to help feed families; sugar in particular is an expensive but necessary food item.
We continue to distribute these packages throughout the year, and they are eagerly anticipated by families
We strive for transparency helping ensure you know what your donation is purchasing. Costs are rising rapidly in Gambia. in 2021, during a 6 month period, the cost of cooking oil rose by 60%. We will purchase the maximum amount of produce for the donation at the time of distribution.
